This particular lot has an incredible wiew of the town and the surrounding green mountains that can never be blocked (as far as one can see).
Zaroukhla is winter/summer resort-town located in the north mountain forests of Pelloponesse, 40klm away from the Korinthian gulf and the bigger town called Akrata which is the main road to get to Zaroukhla. It is 10klm from Tziflou lake and 30 min. away from Kalavrita town(snow ski resort)which is has the famous train from Diakopto town.
The lot land/dirt is virgin for planting and growing (anything can grow-Biological).
In the area there are growing oregano, chessnuts, mashrooms, walnuts, tea, chamomile, cheries, honey etc.
The town has hotels, summer/winter vacation homes, restaurants, bars and has grown much more than the google map shows.
Reason for sale? We aren`t able to build it due to other familly real estate commitments. Lot taxes are not too high and water cost is about 70euros/year.
This lot is prime and a few years back (before GR deflation) it could be priced at 35000 min.
This tells alot about the area: The hotels now are charging 50euros/day (and 4 years ago 120euros/day).
